He and his wife, Sally, purchased a Caravan Park in Metropolitan Adelaide and owned and operated that Park for some time.
They improved the property immensely and were rewarded with a high 4 star AAA rating for it. After a receiving an offer to purchase it, they sold and moved back to the Gold Coast where they bought a permanent letting Management Rights business.
Sally and Chris ran this business for some time and sold it to move to Townsville after purchasing a large Management Rights complex of 134 apartments.
Sally continued to manage this property while Chris got heavily involved in selling Accommodation property.
Chris enjoyed great success in North Queensland for over 6 years and has now returned to the Gold Coast to assist our Brokers in the South East corner of Queensland.
